Join Tracey Meyers, a well known Nanaimo drummer, in a six session drumming workshop for NBIS members only. There will be six sessions to be held every Friday afternoon from 2pm-3pm, beginning March 9, 2007. Drumming can be good for your mind, body and soul, so hope to see you there! Telephone Outreach Peer Support - TOPS Program

Join John and Wynna in a six week session to learn to be a more effective communicator. Workshops will be every Tuesday morning, from 9:30-12:00 and begins on Tuesday, Feb. 20th. Graduation will be on March 27yh. See time and dates in the calendar.

Power Point Training Workshop

The nurses, Alison and Melanie will be offering a Power Point Training Workshop sometime in March. No date set yet, but if you want to know more, contact Wynna.
